Kuwait: 8,700 Fighters Equipped as Part of National Campaign To Rally Support to Syria Rebels

The campaigns and convoys initiated to equip fighters for Syria continue to receive Syrian youths [as read] to provide them training, before dispatching them to the various battlefields in Syria.

The fighters will liberate this country from its tyrannical regime which has killed nearly 100,000 Syrians to date.

A source in the pro-Syria campaigns reported that 8,700 fighters have been equipped thus far, noting that the campaigns will continue, until the goal of equipping 12,000 fighters with hardware and weapons is reached.

On another note, the Kuwaiti committees for charitable and volunteering work based in Lebanon said that the Lebanese hospitals are receiving Syrian nationals wounded in Al-Qusayr battles and offering them medical care.

In a statement issued yesterday, the committees reported that some casualties are in a very critical condition, noting that 35 wounded people have been admitted in hospitals.

According to the statement, the Kuwaiti charitable committees are providing care to the injured and bear the cost of the medical treatment offered.

The committees added that large numbers of Syrians have been heading to Lebanon to find refuge there, after the continued fighting raging in Syrian cities and villages.

The committees noted that they are providing relief to the large numbers of Syrian refugees by attending to their basic needs, making every effort to respond to their vital requirements and alleviate their suffering.
